The Long Lane
THE LONG LANE is a sports-media style magazine focusing on all thing SMITE esports. Content ranges from player interviews to analysis and power rankings. ‘Interviews’ feature in-depth player profiles focusing on the lives, careers, and interests of SMITE’s best players. Readers will get to know their Favorite SPL players like they’ve never seen them before. ‘Analysis’ will feature anything from perspectives on league news to breakdowns of in game play, to detailed predictions of LAN events and retrospectives of past splits. ‘Power Rankings’ consists of weekly rankings based on how teams performed the week prior, with a breakdown of said performance and a brief look ahead at the week to come. THE LONG LANE is the only avenue for in-depth coverage of the SMITE Pro League, its teams, and its personalities.

Erin, known in smite as MohnJilton, is a writer, poet, and literature PhD student living in Texas. She has been playing SMITE since the summer of 2013, and following competitive SMITE since the spring of 2014. With THE LONG LANE, Erin merges her expertise in research, writing, and communication with her love of SMITE and all things SMITE esports.
